Mike brings a great perspective and work ethic to his role as a buyer agent for the Goneau Group. He intends to guide great people through the home buying process with as little stress as possible because he believes there is nothing more satisfying than helping someone achieve their goals. He ensures this with good communication and a positive attitude.
Mike offers a unique perspective to the buyer since he grew up in central Massachusetts with a mother who is a real estate agent and a father who is a civil engineer. He has been a part of almost every type of rehab done to a residential structure which gives him more insight into the mechanics and structures of a property than your typical agent.
Whether it’s buying your first home, or you have a home to sell first, a real estate transition can be stressful and he takes pride in keeping that stress at bay. Every client has different motivations, different circumstances, and different situations. These are the challenges that Mike looks forward to overcoming together with you!
Mike has a wide array of work experiences including working at various restaurants as a busboy or bartender to working in the alternative high school program for the Marlborough Public Schools. This has allowed him to perfect his service skills which has continued to make him successful in the real estate industry. He received his degree at Mount Ida College and in 2015 he received his Massachusetts Real Estate License and joined the National Association of Realtors.
Mike currently lives in Clinton with his wife Mary and their two dogs!
